TNT: Practice #8

This was my first practice back since I hurt my back.  We swam about 2/3 miles in an hour.  This was fairly intense, but I was surprised that I kept up through most of it.  My real concern was the degrees of freedom in the water, which would put a bigger strain on my back.  But it turned out okay.

I was also quite a bit sore as Monday was my first time at the gym since the incident (I do additional practices besides the official ones I blog about).  The body is a very dynamic thing, and its quite incredible how quickly it can degenerate if you don’t stress it.
