I checked out the new iPod Photo at the local Apple Store in Bellevue. It is completely amazing. The colors are bright. And it is _fast_! Go ahead, spin that scroll wheel as fast as you can - it will keep up scrolling though pictures. And it makes sense - it fixes a problem I have, which is where do I put my pictures, esp. when I’m constantly migrating computers. I’m definitely getting one.
I wanted to post this for a while: A brilliant and insightful interview of Neal Stephenson.
Every year for five years I’ve thought about doing NaNoWriMo. This year I have so little time that I don’t know why I entertain the thought. It would be fun though, and I applaud all those who do it.
