TNT: Practice #9
Friday, March 3rd, 2006Running day. We did five miles last night, at somewhere between 9 and 10 minutes a mile. Five miles is not something I thought I could do at that pace, and there were many times (especially in the final two miles) that I just wanted to go back to a walking pace. But I kept setting milestones and I had a great team pacing for me, so I somehow survived. Its a great feeling.
Got the hip pain again today (both hips) but its not too bad.
